Log & import · Free
Log a session by hand or import an activity file. Each activity becomes a page you can return to: route, splits, effort and the story behind it.
Garmin Connect Planned for launch
We’re building a direct Garmin Connect integration for Stigl. Authorize your Garmin account once, then new activity summaries can arrive in your training log after your watch syncs.
Direct sync is in development and is not open on this waitlist site. Older training history uses the Garmin ZIP importer. GPS tracks, daily health and sleep are outside the initial direct connection.
Choose what to share on Garmin’s permission screen.
Garmin delivers your new activity summary.
Saved privately in your own training log.
Activity data from Garmin Connect
Log a session by hand when you trained without a watch, or import the file your device saved. Moving from another service? Bring your whole Garmin export across in one upload.

Stigl grew up in the forest, so orienteering is a first-class sport, right next to the ones you cross-train with. Distance-free sessions such as strength still count toward your training.
Open any activity to see what your device recorded. When data is missing, Stigl leaves it out instead of guessing.

Insights · Dashboard free Deeper insights Premium
Weeks of training turned into a clear picture: how much, how hard, and where you’re getting faster. Every number comes from sessions you recorded, with honest scales and no filler.
Weekly distance · lighter bars are recovery weeks
Illustrative training dataChoose a date range, filter by sport or data source, and see frequency, distance, time and sport mix update instantly. Missing data stays missing.
Training insights follow your load and performance over time, so a build block, a taper or a week that got away from you shows up clearly. Heart-rate zones use your own thresholds, not a generic formula.
Stigl scans your recorded tracks for your fastest efforts over classic distances, even when they were part of a longer session. Pick up to four highlights to show on your profile.

Routes · Premium
Tap the map and Stigl follows real roads and trails between your stops. See the distance and the climbing as you go, then send the route to your watch.
Short on ideas? Choose a distance and a direction to head in, and generate a loop, an out-and-back or a route back to start. Then adjust any stop by hand.
The elevation profile updates as you plan, so you can find the hill for your repeats or steer around it on a recovery day. Choose the map style that suits the terrain, including an orienteering-style map.
Save routes with notes, sort them into folders and export a GPX to follow on your watch or bike computer.

An eloge is Stigl’s way of saying “good work”. Comment with photos, mention a training partner with @, and pin the best comment on your own activity. Notifications keep you in the loop without the noise.
Activity replays animate a session’s route right in the feed, with the stats ticking up as the line draws. Maps are only shown when the athlete’s privacy settings allow it.
Start a club for your running group, orienteering team or Tuesday riders. Members see upcoming events, RSVP in one tap and chase each other up the weekly leaderboard. Private clubs approve every join request.

Planning · Premium
Your training calendar puts planned workouts next to the sessions you actually did, so you can see at a glance whether the plan is working, and adjust when life gets in the way.
Lay out a block week by week, with every session typed by sport: running, orienteering, cycling, swimming, skiing, strength or something else. Planned sessions drop straight into your calendar.
Set a weekly distance or time target, or build your plan toward a goal race, and watch it fill as you log sessions. Add a note to any day, how the legs felt or what the coach said, and keep upcoming competitions in view.
