Create an account and sign in

1. Create your account with an email address, password and display name.
2. Follow any email verification instructions shown during signup.
3. Log in. You can add profile details during setup or edit them later.

If you forget your password, use Forgot your password? on the login page. Google and Apple sign-in depend on service availability; use email and password when a provider is unavailable.

Log your first activity

After signing in, use the activity logging menu in the navigation to record a session manually or import an activity file. Enter the details you have, review the session and save it. Recorded activities appear in your training history.

Open your profile to review your sessions. Open a session to see its available metrics and route.

Read your training dashboard

Open the dashboard and choose a date range. Source and sport filters narrow the training charts. The health selector lets you explore a recorded metric. Empty charts mean there are no recorded values for the selected period.

Use the training calendar to review completed sessions and organize planned workouts.

Find people and clubs

Search for athletes by name or location. In Clubs, search the available clubs and select one to view its details. Public clubs can be joined directly; private clubs accept join requests that a moderator reviews.

Review privacy and connected services

Visit Settings to review profile privacy, notifications and account connections. Apple Health requires the Stigl iPhone app and permission on your device. It is optional, and the web dashboard displays the data already synced to your account.

Use the account controls in Settings when you want to manage or delete your account.

When a page does not load

Check your connection, then use the page’s retry control or reload it. If your session has expired, log in again. Unsaved changes may need to be entered again after a reload.
